(Frisco, TX) Great update tonight, November 26, 2013, at the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting which included a discussion and presentation on Grand Park. Did you know that Jim Newman of Newman Real Estate brokered that land deal in the early 2000s between the Puccini Family (original land owner) and the City of Frisco TX – City Hall? Jim developed the contract and represented the City of Frisco in purchasing the property. We are excited to see some of the plans come to fruition in the near future. Keep up the great work Frisco!
