It is our goal to cast visions for properties we have been placed in charge of selling and or developing. In essence raw land has no value until the proper vision for development has been created. It is our goal to bring new quality businesses and developments that will enhance our City and bring jobs and tax dollars to Frisco. We also want to keep quality businesses in Frisco. We want to complete sales of residential lots for existing phases in Newman Village by 2017 and to begin the commercial corner at Eldorado & Legacy in 2016, complete Mateo Office Park, complete Cobb Business Park by 2017, expand our custom home sales at Newman Village, and increase our residential home sales in the area by 50% in 2015.

Unique and Innovative Approaches

We strive to know the market and to provide our clients with the best possible service. Training is a large part of that. We continue to update our knowledge by attending the various real estate classes offered to keep up with new market trends, policies and law. We attend conferences such as the recent Frisco EDC 5 Billion Mile conference. We maintain relationships with other developers and brokers to be apprised of the latest developments. We stay informed of Frisco City Council and Frisco Planning and Zoning meetings and decisions to be as up to date as possible of the Frisco market. We must stay informed through technology, social media, and print of the latest market trends. We must go outside of this area and sometimes even the U.S. to reach potential investors. Much of this is done through constant research primarily by internet and word of mouth. Real Estate is a constantly changing environment and Frisco is as we all know is one of the fastest changing anywhere.
